• Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (e.g., Google Play). We do not store your full payment details.

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value outside the Apps and are not redeemable for cash.

• Availability, pricing, and contents of Virtual Items may change.

• Refunds are handled according to the app store’s refund policies and applicable law.

5) Online Features and Updates

Some Apps may include online features (such as cloud saves, events, or multiplayer). We do not guarantee that online features will be available at all times. We may update, change, or discontinue any App or feature at any time.

6) Enforcement and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an App (including online features) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or abused systems. We may also remove or reset Virtual Items where required to enforce fairness or integrity.

If an App allows you to submit content (such as usernames, chat, or uploads), you agree you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate laws or others’ rights. We may moderate or remove content in our discretion.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability
